Confident Conveyancing works on a Fixed Price Structure, plus disbursements. These prices are subject to change once a property moves outside the "Standard'" IE: properties that are subject to Sub-Divisions, Off-the-plan purchases etc. If any request is outside the "Standard" you will be advised immediately and a fees agreement will be entered into.
Experience has proven that it sometimes takes quite a few goes at attending Auction before you nab the property you are after. It is still imperative that you make sure you get the Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Vendor Statements investigated. We appreciate the struggle in this day and age to save and get enough money together for a deposit, the last thing you need is dwindling a portion of that away on properties you don't even end up living in. That is why we offer to investigate up to 3 contracts and this is included in your fixed rate fee.
NB: Disbursements are charged ontop of the standard fixed rate for each file.
