Changes to GST on property

Yet more changes for the Conveyancing industry.

New GST rules at settlement will be implemented as of 1 July 2018. Luckily we’re always up to date with our Industry changes and here Confident Conveyancing we’re ready for the changes.

This impacts you if you are a Vendor, as monies may be withheld at settlement and sent directly to the ATO.
